The security of Barakah Nuclear Power Plant (BNPP) is a critical priority for ENEC and its subsidiary ENEC Operations, and all contractors and subcontractors are expected to uphold the highest standards of compliance with established security regulations and access control procedures.

As part of these requirements, all personnel must ensure that a valid National Guard Command (NGC) Permit is secured prior to accessing BNPP premises. ENEC requires all suppliers, including subcontractors and their personnel, to strictly adhere to applicable laws, site regulations, and security protocols to ensure the protection of people, assets, and operations at all times.

Contractors must familiarize themselves with the relevant procedures and guidelines before mobilization, including compliance with restrictions on prohibited and contraband items as outlined in the reference document below.
