Vendor Code of Conduct
Supplier Code of Conduct Requirement
Emirates Nuclear Energy Company (ENEC) and its subsidiaries (together referred as ENEC Group) are committed to the highest standards of business ethics, integrity, and transparency. ENEC strives to maintain a corporate environment where business is conducted in a fair and transparent manner, with professionalism, honesty, and integrity, free from fraud or misconduct.
As part of this commitment, the ENEC Group has implemented Supplier Code of Conduct (the Code) sets forth the principles and standards of conduct that ENEC Group expects Suppliers, their employees, subcontractors and sub-suppliers to meet during the provision of goods and services to ENEC Group. It covers key areas including:
• Health, safety, and environmental responsibility
• Labor practices and human rights
• Anti-fraud, bribery, and corruption
• Conflict of interest management
• Confidentiality and data protection
• Responsible procurement and business practices
Adherence to this Code is a mandatory condition for engagement, and suppliers are expected to ensure that these requirements are communicated and followed across their workforce and subcontractors.
ENEC Group has also implemented its Anti-Fraud and Misconduct Program (AFMP), which provides a mechanism to report suspected misconduct, including but not limited to procurement irregularities, bribery and corruption, misrepresentation, fraudulent reporting, policy violations, or any activity impacting safety, security, or ENEC Group’s reputation.
